Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. By placing your order, you are authorizing the credit card (or other means of payment) you provide to be charged. You represent that you have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions of this offer and you understand that you will be liable for payment of any products that were shipped to you.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. If your product was damaged, please note that all claims for damaged product(s) must be made within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of your product to sales@purerootsbotanicals.com.

You will need to provide detailed information regarding the product or products that were damaged, along with a photo showing the damaged shipment within said seventy-two (72) hour timeframe.
