USDA Organic is a federal certification administered by the National Organic Program (NOP) under the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service. To earn and maintain this certification, a hemp farm must: use only USDA-approved inputs (no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers), maintain the land organically for a 36-month transition period before certification, keep detailed records of all inputs and practices, and pass annual inspections by a USDA-accredited certifying agent. It's the most rigorous agricultural certification in the United States — and it's verifiable by any member of the public.

If any hemp brand can't give you an NOP ID, they're not USDA Certified Organic.

USDA Organic is a federally enforced certification with specific legal requirements, annual inspections, and documented compliance. "Natural" is a marketing term with no federal standard or enforcement in the hemp industry — any brand can use it regardless of their actual growing practices. A brand can legally call their hemp "natural," "clean," or "pure" while growing with conventional pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Only USDA Organic gives you a verifiable, federally backed guarantee. That's why we went through the years-long certification process.

We ship to most U.S. states where hemp-derived THCA products are permitted under applicable state law. Hemp products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill when they contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, some states have enacted restrictions on THCA or "total THC" calculations that may affect product legality. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived THCA is explicitly prohibited.
