Refund & Exchange Policy For Damaged or Missing Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (Within 48 hours of receiving) if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We require that you take photos of all shipping materials, product packaging and any other relevant information. Please describe the issue with the order in detail so that we can evaluate and make it right for you.
Refunds:
Once the order details and photos have been received by our Customer Service department and approved, we will issue a refund or replace the item. Please keep in mind it can take your bank or credit card company some time to issue refunds, refer to your bank with any questions about their refund processing time.
