2. What is the PRB Insiders Program?
The PRB Insiders Program is our members-only loyalty program. As a verified veteran or first responder, you’ll receive lifetime access for free, including 20% off all orders, early access to new product drops, exclusive offers, and access to our product testing group.
3. Do I need to verify my service?
Yes. To maintain the integrity of the program, we require a simple verification step. You can upload a redacted DD-214, VA card, work ID, badge, or other valid proof of service.
4. How long does verification take?
Verification typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, we’ll email you a confirmation and apply the Insiders membership to your account automatically.
5. Is my information safe?
Yes. All documents and personal information submitted are kept strictly confidential and used only for verifying your eligibility. We will never share or sell your data.
6. What if I already have a Pure Roots account?
If you already have an account, we’ll upgrade it to Insiders access upon verification. Just make sure to use the same email when filling out the form.
