This Agreement governs your participation in PureRoots Botanicals’s Affiliate Program.
- Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Program application found on our website. By submitting the application, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at our sole discretion.
- Affiliate’s Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote PureRoots products in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the sale and marketing of hemp products.
- Ensure that all promotional methods used to promote PureRoots products comply with the guidelines provided and do not misrepresent the benefits or effects of hemp products. To comply with social media platforms regulations on hemp, we ask that you refrain from using words like “marijuana”, “weed”, “pot” etc. Using “HEMP” language is acceptable on these platforms.
- Refrain from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices in your promotion of PureRoots products.
- Ensure that all information provided to PureRoots, including but not limited to contact information and payment details, is accurate and up to date.
- Commissions
Affiliate will receive a commission for each qualified sale referred to PureRoots website through Affiliate’s unique affiliate link or coupon code. The commission rate will start at 5% with opportunity for growth based on performance and referrals by affiliates. The affiliate coupon code is for online orders only.
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25 and any applicable withholding taxes. Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates and eligibility criteria at any time in its sole discretion.
- Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Affiliate will immediately cease all use of PureRoots trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property and will remove all promotional materials related to PureRoots products.
- Limitation of Liability
Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. In no event will Company’s total liability to Affiliate under this Agreement exceed the total commissions paid or payable to Affiliate hereunder.
