1. Is it grown indoors to medical cannabis standards?
Our hemp is grown indoors on our own farm using small-batch cultivation and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA). Growing indoors lets us control light, temperature, humidity, and airflow with precision you simply cannot get from a large outdoor field exposed to pests, weather, and drift. We hold these pharmaceutical-grade practices through every stage, from seedling to finished product.
Why does the growing environment matter so much? Because hemp's absorption profile means outdoor crops can take up whatever is in the air, water, and surrounding soil. A controlled indoor environment removes most of those variables before they ever become a problem.
2. Is it 100% USDA-certified organic hemp?
Hemp is an accumulator plant: it draws heavy metals, pesticide residues, and industrial chemicals out of the soil and concentrates them in its own tissue (NIH / PMC, 2022). Researchers have leaned on this so heavily that hemp has been planted to clean contaminated land through a process called phytoremediation. That same talent is exactly why the soil a hemp plant grows in becomes part of the final product.

3. Do you grow and extract the oil yourself?
We do everything from growing the hemp to shipping the finished product, with nothing outsourced. That means we always know exactly where our hemp comes from, which is something most companies in this industry cannot honestly say. Our flower is always USDA Certified Organic and held to pharmaceutical standards because we never lose sight of it.
Extraction is where in-house control pays off. For our oils we use CO2 extraction, a solventless method that yields a clean extract without the harsh chemical solvents some processors rely on. For our gummies, we use solventless live rosin pressed from our own organic flower, preserving the full-spectrum profile of the plant. Instead of buying bulk oil and slapping a label on it, our products go through testing and retesting at every step. We are glad to take the extra time, because we want our customers to have the purest products possible.
The stakes here are real. A 2024 peer-reviewed study of 202 commercial CBD products found that 74% deviated from their labeled potency by at least 10%, and 15% tested positive for pesticide residues (Frontiers in Pharmacology, 2024). When a brand cannot trace its supply chain, those are the kinds of surprises that end up in the bottle.
